x-country

Anna was not happy with me that I did not post about her first x-country meet and rightly so.
She's been dreading this event all summer. She has many aches and pains but she finishes and she gets better with each practice and race. David told her this would be good for her so here she is.

One tough Hill but what a beautiful course!!!

I don't think I've ever seen such a smiley runner before.

The beginning of another race. Go Vikings.

Running through the farmers fields..

Having your best friend on the team helps alot. We're so proud of you Anna!!!!!

  1. I'm proud of Anna too. It was a hard thing that I asked her to do, but I know she'll learn much about herself and how much she can accomplish when you prepare, commit and execute.

Keep running and get stronger and we'll get you on that big family hike in the next few years.

    Love you,

    Dad
